      Zhang Yingshan is a professor in Department of Statistics, East China Normal University. He was formerly the Professor of Mathematics or Computer Science or Economics and Management in Peking University and Henan Normal University from 1993-2003. He earned his BA in Methematics from Henan Normal University, BS in Statistics from Wuhan University (1984-1987) and Ph.D. in Statistics from East China Normal University (2003-2006). Dr. Zhang's accomplishments include receiving the prestigious Science Adavance First-Degree Prize of China Army in 2006. Dr. Zhang's work is widely cited in professional journals as well as in magazines, including the theory of multilateral matrices, the construction of orthogonal arrays by the decomposition of projection matrices, the theory of symmetrical arrays, global-local algorithm and complex system model.
